Yes. In general, Elements tends not to lose features over time. They change their location and ease of use. The product has evolved to be more photo oriented - so those tools are easier to use and more front and center - they love their aware tools. You will probably have a bit of a learning curve to find what you used to do. And some of the adjustments for the tools are in new places. Sorry I can't remember when they made a massive change in the tools, it may well be in the 10's. By the way, good luck - you'll find the newer software bloated with stuff you don't need or want. It is a little like moving into a new house, it takes a while to get used to the new surroundings.
