• I have not had occasion to use a tracing tool but if may very well have. I really suggest contacting Adobe I am sure they could answer that question.

• Not to my knowledge of the software. It does have the ability to delete objects from the photo and touch up defects. To do what you want would require a software that has layers. Other wise you would have to print the photo and use a tracing paper over the photo, then scan the traced image as a .jpeg Hope this answer helps Michael P
