Most photo editing software is complicated to use as there are so many things you can do with these tools. There are free tools out there that are great, though still can be hard to learn. Use google and search for videos for help getting started or learning new features. Things like Photopea (free online editing software) and Gimp (free photoshop style software) are great to use when you're on a budget, and even if you can afford Photoshop or Lightroom, they're still great tools.
