Yes, Adobe Photoshop Elements is very useful with those tasks

Please try again later.yes, in still shots, for blemishes, click on the band-aide icon. the pop-up menu will let you pick the size of the brush, color, etc. Just run the cursor over the blemish and it will cover it. I've never done it in video but you can ask in the Adobe help section online. I've never done teeth whitening but I suppose it's possible through the band-aide feature. If the picture is really small, just use the magnifying glass to enlarge it and then you can do finer lines of correction.

I have worked with other programs and would highly recommend this program although I still need to learn how to do different things it is easy to use and learn
