Support had to assist with the redemption code and everything works fine

Geek Squad member Eric spent almost 90 minutes on chat with Adobe to get them to issue serial numbers so I could activate software. Kudos to Eric --- not so much to Best Buy. NOTE: when I purchased software the cashier said that I could return the software as long as the it was not "activated". When I returned to the store, the store manager said that I could not return the software if the packaging was "opened", even if I could not activate and use the software. Eric's efforts kept me from getting very upset.
