• It's got an onboard Thread radio that Samsung has yet to enable, so it's Matter-ready. Check out Automate Your Life's video about it on YouTube to learn more.

• Yes, this smart home hub connects to “Built on Thread/Matter”, Zigbee, Z-Wave and WiFi. Since it uses Matter, it can mesh with other controllers and share integrated devices without issues. Very cool and same price as my previous SmartThings v2 hub. (Which didn’t have Wi-Fi or built on thread/matter technology)
