Low profile but effective
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This set has made our wifi dead zones come alive. If you have where service drops or is poor this will work for you. They have a low profile so I don’t have to find a place for a bulky wifi extender. Helps with upstairs devices. Pretty much plug and play.
I would recommend this to a friendRated 4 out of 5 stars

Needs some improvements
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the app for Apple. I like the selection of devices to connect to. The setup triggers don't have many choices which makes a smart incomplete.

great device
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think it is an excellent device from what I hear but I was not able to understand it :( I have most of my devices linked to google home and this would only make for an additional hub I didnt need.

Best Smart Home Decision
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device is really easy to setup, the zwave migration from a large alarm company was simple. make sure you release all your devices from the previous system first. it can connect with alexia, and the response is fast. we use a regular tablet as a smartthings remote to turn on and off the various lights and switches.
I would recommend this to a friend Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Q: QuestionWhen using this to control a Schlage lock, does it allow you to program in and delete entry codes? Are you able to tell which codes were used and when they were used? Just trying to weigh the purchase of this versus replacing my Nexia Bridge.
Asked by cszeg.
- A:Answer it depends on the schlage lock you have but for my schlage connect no it does not. you may want to get the schlage sense or schlage encode to be able to control and program codes remotely

Q: QuestionDoes this support Matter and/or Thread, the new smart home standards adopted by Apple, Google, Amazon, and SmartThings?
Asked by MStyles.
- A:Answer It's got an onboard Thread radio that Samsung has yet to enable, so it's Matter-ready. Check out Automate Your Life's video about it on YouTube to learn more.

Q: QuestionI bought this item and our management company has the software to control it. If we fire the management company can we change it so they have no control over our front door lock?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer So you're saying you have the hardware (hub) but management company uses the app to control devices? If that's the case just search Google for how to factory reset Smartthings Hub V3 or Aeotec Hub. You'll have to create a new profile with different e-mail, etc.
