    • Answer As someone mentioned the aair LITE can provide 4 air changes an hour (ACH) in a room that is 350 square feet and has 8 foot ceilings when running on it's highest fan speed. It's all based on volume of air. If your ceilings are taller or the room is larger, you will see a reduction in the ACH. Conversely, smaller rooms will have more ACH or your can reduce the fan speed to maintain 4 ACH. Depending on where you plan to use the air purifier, the desired number of air changes can vary. We never recommend less than 2 ACH in any situation, 4 ACH is ideal.

    • Answer Yes, both the filter and body of the aair Lite is treated with an antimicrobial compound that is ISO tested and proven to break down a wide variety of molds, bacteria, and viruses. It was tested on an alphacoronavirus (the classification of the virus that causes COVID-19) and it was proven to breakdown and destroy the virus. It will be as effective on all alphacoronaviruses, including the virus that causes COVID-19

    • Answer It is Ozone free! We don't use any technology that emits ozone. We don't feel it makes any sense to make an air purifier that emits any harmful by-products, like ozone.

    • Answer The country of origin is Switzerland. For those of us who are used to buying electronics made in China, this Aeris AireLite is a revelation. It may cost more than some of the others, but in typical understated Swiss fashion it just exudes quality. Even the double walled packing boxes are typical Swiss quality. In night mode it is super quiet. Just plug it in and it simply works, and works well;better than the three other brands we have in our home and is the one my wife chooses to have by her at night cause she breathes better with it. At some point I may read the instruction manual but all the controls are at your fingertip. The extra initial cost has faded from memory as this air filtration unit just takes care of business. You won't be disappointed by owning the best. Highly recommended, especially if you can find it on Deal of the Day.
