The close-up lens is but not the wide angle lens.

Please try again later.While the Nikon D3100 DSLR camera is completely compatible with the Nikon AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8G lens, it is not compatible with AF-P type lenses like the AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR lens. Some newer cameras in the Nikon D3000 line-up, like the Nikon D3300 and the Nikon D3400 are compatible with both of these lenses, but may need a firmware update to use AF-P type lenses.
