• It's for FX cameras. I use it on my Nikon D610 and there is no cropping.

• This AF-S NIKKOR35mm f/1.8G ED Lens (Nikon Product #225) is an FX format lens. When used on an FX format DSLR the angle of view of this lens is 63°.
