Excellent question I had not considered. No, there is no way to plugin a wire to connect to Airline in air entertainment...

No, they do not. Just the micro USB charging port.

Never used them other than Bluetooth but they do have a charge port and you may use that as an inlet just never tried

No they do not. Also you wouldn’t want to use these on an airplane, the ambient noise of the plane engine would likely compete too much with these.
