Yes!! I have in the ear hearing aids and these are perfect!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought these for my wife who has two hearing aids, one is a cochlear implant. She found it was better sound without the hearing aids on. Now she doesn't blow the speakers on the sound system and I can listen at a comfortable level.

Please try again later.I don't know but, would think because Hearing Aids work entirely different and AfterShokz work via Bone Conduction you should have no issues. * You might want to adjust the Volume based on how that volume is working for you though. * Hearing Aids ae notoriously touchy with their volume
