I wear mine with hearing aids. You have to figure out which order to put things on. I have to put my mask on, then my hearing aids, then my glasses, then my aftershokz. I wear the Aeropex model. You do have to be aware just as when taking off your hat, glasses, etc. not to knock your hearing aids off. My aftershokz tend to slip in the back and ride just above my neck while my husband's seem to always circle the back of his head (he has a different model) so if I am layer lots of thinks in the same area I let my aftershokz sit ontop of my ponytail.

During the covid19 pandemic and mask requirements that area does get a little crowded but it’s still workable. Hey give a little take a little. It’s all about compromise. I don’t have experience with hearing aids and I don’t know anyone I could ask to try them on to answer that part of your question. It would Depend on your hearing aid. I took a photo for you of mine. Hopefully it helps answer. Best Buy’s return policy should cover you if they don’t work or if you change your mind for any reason. My vote is buy them. They are great. Cheers!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve worn them with sunglasses and a surgical mask without too much of an issue. However, it depends on the size and shape of the device and your anatomy. You can only hang so many things on a hook if you feel my drift.
