Highly dependent on what you're doing on them. I work in IT and take calls all day, so they are on at least 9 hours a day. Though I am not on a call for 9 hours so that's a mix of stand-by and calls. I usually plug them back in at the end of my shift for a fresh charge the next day.

Although I have a tendency to connect the charger for a few minutes between meetings, I have had days where I've been in meetings pretty much 8-10 hours without issue. The reception is fantastic. I work at home and I can leave my phone at my desk and go downstairs to the kitchen and get coffee without missing a word. The only issue I have is that I also wear reading glasses and the combination gets a little fatiguing with the combined pressure. I think this is due to my glasses more than the headset.
