• Yes! Have been able to use it with VOIP phone, WebEx, Teams, and Zoom meetings with no trouble!

• Yes they work great for teams, go to meeting and webex. I assume they will work for zoom also

• Hey there! OpenComm is Bluetooth compatible to up to two Bluetooth devices, therefore, it should be able to connect to your laptop. In regards to compatibility with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, there may be some settings in those specific programs that are not completely compatible with OpenComm (i.e., the mute function on the headphones will not mute the Zoom meeting, you'd need to manually mute the call on Zoom itself).
