So, its kind of hard to tell. At my job we have to wear radios with ear pieces. While having the Opencomm on, the earpiece kind of just sat on top of it. I suppose you could put your hearing aids on first. But im not sure if it would interfere with it or not. Its possible. I think ive heard some static occasionally so i normally wait till im done with my ear piece at work

If you hearing aid is in your ear then they do not go over them, they are made togo in front of your ear canal so that yu can hear everything around you and also hear the headset.
