No. Not exactly sure of your use case, but assuming you're using your phone and at a game with a crowd around you I imagine some of the noise would come through, but not adjustable so what you get is what it is . like any other bluetooth or wired headset. only way yo adjust ambient noise the audience hears relative to your voice is having an audio setup with a mixer, headset as one inpit and a separate audience mic a second input such that on the mixer you can adjust levels of your voice and audience independently.
