I tested a pair recently with good results. I live in NH and called my gf on the phone. She was at our home and I was wearing the OpenComm, with no helmet, and riding at about 35 mph. I do have a windshield on my bike, which likely helps with wind noise, but it does not eliminate it. I had really good results, in that we were able to have a normal conversation. I'm hoping we can both wear one for normal riding, so I don't have to turn my head to speak with her (she doesn't speak very loudly lol)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not because it would not work well. The strap would cover the control button. Also the wind might dislodge the head set. It is not a tight fit. You would also need to wear earplugs. But the control button issue would make it impossible anyway.
