“Bought mine 18 months ago. Loved them for about 16 months. Then they stopped syncing with any of my Bluetooth devices. Customer service said to just turn them off and on to reset - didn’t work. Thoughts?”

• Sound like it was one too many devices that was connected . Try a hard reset if its one . I been going on two years + still works great . Delete on devices then re bluetooth. Should work fine .
