“How long does it take to recieve I ordered it last night almost 12 hours and says waiting to be fulfilled? Any help”

• After 16 hrs, my order status is still "Waiting to be fulfilled". A phone call with multiple BestBuy representatives taught me that the fulfillment of a BestBuy digital download order may take 24-48 hrs. This information should be disclosed on the product page!

• The gift card was received within an hour. I received email first when it was processed then at delivery & instructions on how to redeem.
