“How do I get this thing to drain out of the top drain hole? I'm trying to set up a continuous drainage with a tube but water is not draining into the tube, instead it's collecting in the bottom and still shutting off when full.”

It's weird tried using the top drain hole as well it didn't work. Where and what exaxt sized tube did you find? The one I have is too small
