Battery will record lasting approximately 2-3 hours non stop. The sound is great on this camera! Picking up wind at 30mph.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery lasts approximately 1 hour. You can turn on the screen saver and adjust to get a little more. The sound is surprisingly decent, and yes, it does pick up wind. There is an option to reduce wind noise but I've had mixed results with that feature. It will also support an external microphone - a stereo microphone after a certain point in the production run so you can always upgrade to a higher quality microphone or relocate it if you want better audio.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sound is pretty terrible. I usually use a stabilizer and attach a mic to it, and the receiver to my iPhone and record through audio share app. The only issue is syncing the clips in post, which can be difficult but still doable.
