“I am 6'0, 200 lbs, If I find the chair uncomfortable can I return it to the store for a refund or do I have to ship it somewhere? I sit at my desk for 6-9 hrs a day.”

I'm 6'3" 227 and the chair is great for people our size, I was having a problem with the armrest and Bestbuy told me to return it to them if they won't warranty the armrest. They did so I didn't have to return the chair, it's a great chair.
