- Answer Either you have a faulty chair and need to replace it, or you put it together wrong. You're just supposed to pull the handle.

- Answer I'm 6'1. 220. Fits me at the rear but over 250 I think it wouldn't feel sturdy.

QuestionI'm tall and most chairs lack the back height I need. From seat cushion to the back of my head is 32". Most chairs have headrest way too low. Bottom of headrest cannot be less than 30" from seat bottom. Will this chair work for me?

- Answer how tall are you? I am 6'2" and have no issues with the height of the backrest. However, this char fits my height perfectly and I can see 6'4" being the max height.
