• It depends. I am 5'3", 150lbs and I can. Taller/larger people may have to adjust the armrests out outward.

• Yes it is and the arm rest can me Adjusted wider or smaller according to your size. I came for hours on my PC in this chair and I sit cross legged and he went down I sit sideways sometimes I mean it’s a comfortable chair and you can pretty much say it anyway you want to.
