QuestionDoes this phone have a keyboard for texting? I am used to a slide phone with a keyboard and am curious as to how compatible this phone is to it as I can no longer get a phone like it any longer. The internet usage is not my priority with a phone.

- Answer Well it seems you have just simply a locked up os. possibly trying to do too many buttons while it was done charging. force restart your phone then power it down again normally. recharge your phone while off. then when fully charged power on. if problem persists contact Verizon.

QuestionWhy is the Camera so terrible. I take a picture and it comes out so far away no matter how close the image is when I take it. It's the worse Camera I've ever had on a phone. And I bought the phone because of the Camera description.
