I purchesd the Alcatel My flip A405DL for my husband because his phone was also ending 12/31/2020. After purchase I called Tracfone to activate it. They transferred the left over minutes and service days left on his old phone to the new one. I also just called Tracfone to add the yearly minutes and time, so that I didn't have to go out to purchase any cards. The phone is a little more compicated than our old one, but the people at Tracfone were very helpful in explaining to me how the different features worked. It's a nice phone.
