- Answer Yes I had to RMA my open box Alienware 15 R3 twice right after buying it. One to get new ram and another to get a new AC charger. You get a full year from time of your purchase.

- Answer Depends on what you're doing. Average to low use, no gaming, possibly 5-6 hours. Gaming will drain the battery quickly, possibly 3 hours or less.

- Answer Nope, 2133MHz is not a limitation. This Laptop above comes installed with 16GB RAM with 2133MHz speed. And you can upgrade it up to 32GB with 2400MHz or 2677MHz speed. In fact, all configurable models of Alienware 15R3 currently sold on Dell's website, comes with 2400MHz RAM as the STANDARD speed and can be configured to up to 2677MHz on Dell's website.

- Answer yes, it does come with the 99wh battery. I own this model and it does. It will also come with G-sync because you will have the GTX 1070 video card. And to finish up it will come with the 1435 Killer wifi card. Hope the picture helps

QuestionWould anyone have the SKU for the OEM charger please? Daughter broke original; replaced with another from BB which fried the motherboard. Geek Squad replaced board & a BB salesman recommended an incompatible charger. Just want to charge the 'puter, lol.
