• There are a couple of reasons. The first is VR. It's capable of supporting high-end VR experiences. The second would be the fact that it's not limited to the attached screen. It has ports for connecting it to an external monitor or television. Odds are, someone that's willing to spend the money on this is interested in it for the power, mobility, and versatility it offers, and either has additional monitors already or isn't afraid to spring for an external high-end monitor for when they're settled at a desk in their home.
