Your gonna want to open up your computer and look at the thermal paste some times in pre-builts they tend not to add much or when it comes to (hopefully never) it they don't add any at all or another case the fan or the cooling system is bad not saying it is but if your going to open it up make sure to have some thermal paste and some alcohol to remove it and put some new paste on and also do not put to much a dab is all you need
