• See the Dell/Alienware support site. There are instructions on making a recovery USB stick. Are you not happy with the Optane/HDD combo performance?

• I would recommend you just use some freeware to clone the drive to new SSD. Since the license for windows is probably motherboard embedded you get and can load the Win 10 from Microsoft site.
