I would like to help but When we TIN members received the units to test we received the RTX 2080 Super rather than the RTX 2070. I don't play Fortnight but a good comparison for checking comparative FPS potential of various GPUs is to download The video benchmarking app Furmark. Do a google. My unit posted 69 FPS on the highest settings for 4K on my 4K monitor. The Quad HD test ran at 123 FPS and the full HD test ran at 183 FPS. Maybe you can find a comparison for the RTX 2070 and the RTX 2080 Super online and make a calculation of the difference between them and use that to check against your present system using the Furmark bench test. My old system had an i7 6700K running at 4.4 Ghz and a GTX 1070 and this i7 with the 2080 Super runs the 4K Furmark test 30 FPS faster. I play DCS World's P51-D Flight Sim and with my old setup I had some choppiness and could not play at the highest settings. Now I turn on everything including shadows and mist and fog and It runs at 60 FPS at full 4K with gorgeous scenery and runs perfectly smooth. A good flight sim running at 60 FPS in full 4K is pretty impressive in my opinion.
