• as i do not own the laptop you are asking about, I can't say from experience, but i can say that the laptop and the monitor should work as long as that laptop has the port to connect to it. Regardless if you had the port or not there should be an adapter you can buy on amazon for $10 probably to make it work.

• Not too sure because I have the monitor connected to a Microsoft surface laptop. As long as you have the proper cables to connect from laptop to monitors then you should be okay.
