• Truthfully, I turned up the volume on the monitor, however I haven't been able to actually hear any sound out of it. So, unless I'm doing something wrong, maybe the setting is for something else? Sorry, I understand that's not a full answer.

• No, this monitor does not come with built-in speakers. However, it has a headphone port (connects headphones) and an audio line-out port (connects external speakers).
