“Recently bought this monitor without knowing it didn’t have speakers built it. Plugged my external speakers into the the “audio out jack” and nothing am I missing something? Also, can you recommend any good external speakers?”

• Please try connecting the external speakers either to the Headphone port (between the USB 3.0 ports) or the speaker exclusive Line-out port (next to the DisplayPort). If the speakers still don't work, do reach out to the Dell technical support team to diagnose the issue and get it sorted. All the speakers with the above referred connectivity are compatible with this monitor.
