• We would need to know what model MacBook you had in order to answer your question. As the specs for this display show there is a DisplayPort (you can use several adapters to go from any model MacBook to displayPort), DVI Port and HDMI port. For latest generation MacBook I would actually go High Quality DisplayPort MFG.PART: CDP2DP142MBD. Make sure the cable is capable of 120Hz or better at 4K.

• This monitor will work with MacOS. You could connect this monitor to a MacBook through a HDMI or a DisplayPort connector.
