“Does anyone know why when I change the response time on the monitor to Extreme I get video issues? When it is turned on, it looks like blurring when the image moves, image look crisp still but when there is motion behind it looks like a halo blur effect.”

Well it depends , are you on console or pc ?if your on console( last gen) , only supports 60fps and by putting your monitor on extreme which would be 240hz or whatever the frame rate of your monitor is which is probably more than 60 , your console wouldn’t be able to handle that speed , it would work better on a pc ... so if that’s the case nothing is wrong with your monitor it’s just your console can’t support that speed ,
