• Yes it can tilt forward or back height adjustment is about 6 to 8 inches straight up and down

• Yes, you could use the Display Rotation function (Landscape versus Portrait view) and that requires an updated graphics driver, which is not included with this monitor. To download the graphics driver, go to www.dell.com/support and see the Download section for Video Drivers for latest driver updates. The height can be adjusted from 0 to 130 mm.
