Appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue. 1. Main Reasons You’re Stuck at 60Hz: Game doesn’t support 120Hz: This is the #1 reason Most PS5 games supports 60Hz. Only some games support 120Hz mode. Test with a 120Hz-supported game like: Call of Duty (Warzone / MW), Fortnite, Rocket League, Spider-Man (Performance Mode). 2. 120Hz output not enabled in PS5 settings Go to: Settings → Screen and Video → Video Output. 3. You must enable Performance Mode Go to: Settings → Saved Data and Game/App Settings → Game Presets. 5. Monitor settings (less common, but check) On your Alienware monitor OSD: Enable: High refresh mode (180Hz / overclock if required). FreeSync / Adaptive Sync ON. Make sure input is: HDMI 2.0/2.1 mode (auto is fine).
