We regret to know about this and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Turn off your PC Unplug: All displays except AW3225QF. All USB devices (except KB/mouse). Plug in: DisplayPort → AW3225QF. Original USB‑A → USB‑B upstream cable. Connect USB directly to the motherboard. Ensure the monitor is powered on. Boot PC. Download the correct firmware (Windows 11 version). Run the updater as Administrator. Wait 10 minutes and do not touch anything during the update. (Dell confirms interrupting updates can damage the monitor). If the issue persists, please contact Dell Technical Support team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
