Yes, you can sync the RGB lighting on the mouse with an Alienware desktop via Alienware Command Center.

Its the same control manager that you use for the desktop… the mouse will appear to be controlled separately but you can choose the same effect for both… or better, create a profile for everything, enjoy it

Nope it’s individual thru the Alienware FX I think they call it.

Yes you can do that with Alienware software that comes with the pc
