• I can only plea that you READ THE FULL ITEM DESCRIPTION before asking questions. This model does not have upgradable ram but you you can add a second SSD. Speakers are mediocre at best but why purchase a 2k laptop for its speaker ability. The performance speaks for itself and odds are if you are gaming on it you are probably wearing a headset. Cheers

• This system has an onboard system memory. The memory is integrated into the system board and cannot be upgraded after purchase. This laptop was released on May-2020.
