• The laptop comes with 4800 installed. People who have upgraded with 5600 have reported that it runs at 5200.

• 4800 is the ram speed out of the box, 5200 is the ram speed supported, so they are selling an Alienware with slower than supported speed ... it also runs HOT.. and I mean hoooooooootttt
