We suggest you to use the power adapter that was shipped with the system. Also, we suggest you to contact Geek Squad or the Dell's technical support team via Twitter (@DellCares) and one of Dell's support representatives will assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you probably plugged it wrongly or didn't get it with the original adapter. In other words your AC adapter is not compatible with your laptop. Contact the company and ask for the original adapter.
