• The headset and receiver come pre-paired and I'm not sure if a way to pair new receivers with the headset. You will have to call Dell and ask them about sending a replacement and also how to pair them. If your monitor has a USB port on the back of it, that's a good place to plug it in where it won't be seen and you won't want to unplug it.
