Q: QuestionI believe I have lost my AW998 headphone wireless usb bit and Im not sure if I have it within my house. Is there a way to replace it?

• A:Answer The headset and receiver come pre-paired and I'm not sure if a way to pair new receivers with the headset. You will have to call Dell and ask them about sending a replacement and also how to pair them. If your monitor has a USB port on the back of it, that's a good place to plug it in where it won't be seen and you won't want to unplug it.

Q: QuestionI’ve seen that everyone is saying that it works with PS4 with no limitations but everything that I’ve seen online makes it seem like the 7.1 virtual surround sound only works with the software on PC. Can anyone confirm?

• A:Answer Hello! Yes. This will work with the 7.1 virtual surround sound for your PS4. You will need to use it as a wired headset in order to utilize feature. The wireless capabilities only work with PCs.

• A:Answer I don’t believe so. I haven’t tried but the head does come with a small Bluetooth dongle. The USB dongle fits inside the head set for storage and would not be convenient to plug into any phone .

• A:Answer Yes it's normal, the external device controls volume input of the jack, I use the wired input on my phone for discord and adjust volume on my phone and the wireless on my ps4 and ps5, so I can have game chat and private chat with friends on discord going at the same time
