• You have to open the laptop to replace the battery, and 16 of ram, you can’t upgrade it. But Is extremely smooth and fast, you will not requiere more than that.

• -Battery is replaceable but proprietary -Memory is baked-on in the 14 and 15 model. 17 allows for more wiggle room on that aspect.

• Yes, the battery replaceable in case of any technical issues. The battery has to be replaced by a Dell authorized technician according to the warranty guidelines. This system comes with on board memory and cannot be upgraded or replaced. This model comes with either 16 GB and 32 GB RAM.
