Is the RAM user upgradable on the x15? null

The RAM in this system is not user upgradeable as it is embedded with system board.

Unfortunately from what I've seen on the Dell Specs for these two units the X15 has soldered on Ram, Not sure why but I'm guessing its because its thinner than the X17 Model.
