• If it is the same 3070 that was on the original M17, then its a 145W capable of hitting 160. The original M17 I had could do 145 out of the door and could boost to 160, but dell would tell you otherwise. The card underclocked to the minimum value would draw around 128W at full load so you know there's room to grow there.
