“In the specifications it says the length is 2 inches. The actual Kardia device which is a 1 Lead measures 3 inches in length. How would this case fit this device?”

Thanks for pointing this out. The KardiaMobile 1-Lead device is about 3 inches long, not 2 inches as some specifications may state. Cases designed for KardiaMobile are made to fit the correct device length, so it should fit properly.
